M\u0142odzie\u017c bior\u0105c udzia\u0142 w rozgrywkach pozna\u0142a mechanizmy funkcjonowania gospodarki wolnorynkowej, trenowa\u0142a, kompetencje spo\u0142eczne, takie jak: komunikacja w grupie, negocjacje, kszta\u0142towanie postawy przedsi\u0119biorczej, rozw\u00f3j kreatywno\u015bci i umiej\u0119tno\u015bci my\u015blenia strategicznego oraz kreowanie pozytywnego wizerunku przedsi\u0119biorcy.
